We handle almost all the paperwork and technical aspects of a building project (Architectural Services) such as, site detail measurements, design, planning permission (legal matters), structural calculation, detailing, building regulation and project management. We handle building projects such as renovations, new houses, apartments, rear or side extensions and loft conversions.

We save you money on your building project. How?
By presenting you high quality architectural services such drawings and detailing in clear text and graphics and very cost effective and safe structural members. Our teamwork can save you up to 10% of the entire cost of a project by reducing delays, excess structural elements as well as precise detailing, to a successful building project, key responsibilities of Structural Engineers.

More Services:

> Planning permissions, council submission and approvals Cost effective structural calculations

> Building regulation and detailed drawings (Working drawing)

>Free consultation in choosing a competence and reliable builders or contractor

>Project Management (Work Schedule, Project Status Report, Bill of Quantity, ...)

Starting a building project:-
The building control of the local borough must be notified for inspection of a building project even though there are no needs for a planning permission. A Certificate of completion should be obtained, when the project is completed, from the borough which would be vital for insurance cover, selling the property and for any other legal requirements

How to avoid problems in a building project:-
It is very important and 'a must' to get the details of a project right on paper, detail drawing, attempting to start a development. These processes, the Architectural Services, (plan, building regulation, specification and calculation) must be done, even if you do not require planning permission. Any ambiguity can cause a big problem between you and the builder or between you and the council and any problem can make you redoing the work. Problems can delay a development and can accumulate the cost of a project enormously. These are common complications that we come across quite often. Our job is to take care of you, to make you get the best design out of your project and to protect you against remedial works, unnecessary costs.

Your rear or side extension, or loft conversion may not require planning permission now!
From first October 2008 an extension or loft conversion does not necessarily require planning permission.
